Obituary of Eleanor M. Mastriano

Eleanor M. (Lessman) Mastriano, age 75, died on Sunday, August 23, 2015, at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born and raised in Newark on Broad Street, she then lived in Irvington before moving to Warren in 1971. Prior to retiring, Eleanor was co-owner of Rebecca's Delight in North Plainfield as well as a bookkeeper and Secretary for Dore'. She was a member of Our Lady of the Mount RC Church in Warren. Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved spoiling her grandchildren. Surviving is her husband Gabriel Mastriano; her children Donna Ann Arrowsmith and her husband Tony, Joseph, Chris and his wife Kerry and Paul and his wife Kirsten; her twelve grandchildren and her brother Joseph Lessman and his wife Loretta. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Church, Warren. Entombment will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m.
