Obituary of Gertraud Wittreich

Gertraud Wittreich, age 86, died on April 24, 2016 at her home in North Plainfield surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Wittreich was born in Gotschee, Austria and had resided in North Plainfield for 57 years. She is survived by her husband Peter Wittreich, three sisters Frieda Mausser, Olga Wittreich and Hedi Agnello. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and loving friends. A visitation will be on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 5-8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069. Funeral services will begin on Thursday at the funeral home at 9:15 am followed by a 10:30 am a Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel, Warren. The entombment will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge, NJ
