Obituary of Glenn Gundersen

Glenn Gundersen Warren: Glenn Gundersen, age 58, died on Monday, December 5, 2016. He was born in Plainfield and lived in Watchung before moving to Warren over 30 years ago. He was a graduate of Watchung Hills Regional High School. Glenn was the owner and operator of Gundersen Paperhanging. He was a member of the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association and the Long Hill String Band who played frequently at the Grange in Meyersville. Glenn was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hiking, camping, fishing and he often patrolled the Delaware. He is predeceased by his mother, Joan Mills Gundersen and his sister, Cynthia Gundersen. Surviving are his father, Irving Gundersen; his brother, Erick Gundersen and his nephews, Robert, Jonathan, Nicolas and Christopher. A visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 16th from 4 to 8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.
