“Dear Billy and family: Words are so woefully inadequate, at times like this, to either offer condolence, express sympathy or attempt to comfort. A parent is a unique and precious gift and the passing of a parent is an unspeakable loss. Yet we, as children, retain so much of our parents. We carry forth the best of our parents within us, and in this way, they are never really gone. I pray God comforts you with His love until you reunite with them in a better place than this.
