LAURETTA Cecilia GORDNER, age 99, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Born on May 14, 1926, in Jersey City, New Jersey where she lived until moving to Summit with her husband, the late Ward L. Gordner, Sr. In 2016, she became a resident of Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge.

Lauretta had been employed in the Admissions Department at Drew University prior to her retirement.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ward L. Gordner, Sr., in 1977, and her son, Ward L. Gordner, Jr., in 2017.

She is survived by her three children, Laurie Green and her husband Jonathan, Thomas Gordner and his wife Shirley, and Nannette Kalani and her husband Sanjeev; her daughter-in-law Matilda Munier; her three grandchildren Charles, Jonathan and Chrisjenna and her husband Michael; and her great-grandchildren Brigid and Fiona.

Funeral services will be held privately.
