MaryEllen Walther of Hillsborough, New Jersey, went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2026. She was a devoted woman of faith whose greatest mission in life was to lead her family and all who knew her closer to Christ. Her kindness, wisdom, and quiet strength will be remembered by all whose lives she touched.
Born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, MaryEllen was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Blanche Daniels. She pursued her calling to care for others by graduating from the Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and later Upsala College. MaryEllen served faithfully as a registered nurse for Dr. Sang M. Lee for 18 years, bringing compassion and dedication to her patients and colleagues alike.
MaryEllen was a loving mother to Robert Walther, Elizabeth Walther, Kellen Hendricks, and her husband, Bill. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Jad Walther, Blair Dickey, and her husband Steve; Matthew Sutton and his wife Diana; Andrew Sutton; and Drew Hendricks. She was also blessed with five great-grandchildren—Ryleigh, Hadley, Josephine, Josiah, and Eliana—who brought her tremendous joy.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery in East Millstone, New Jersey.

MaryEllen’s life was a testament to faith, family, and service. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to guide her family for generations to come.
