Lisa Elizabeth Rattino, age 62, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, New Jersey.

Born on September 7, 1963, in Paterson, New Jersey, Lisa was the beloved daughter of Donald and Dorothy Rattino. She was raised in West Paterson, now known as Woodland Park, where she spent most of her life before moving to Bloomfield about a year ago.

Lisa was a proud graduate of Passaic Valley Regional High School in Little Falls. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Bonaventure Church in Paterson, reflecting the quiet faith that remained an important part of her life.

At the heart of Lisa’s world was her family. She embraced her role as a homemaker and mother with love and dedication, creating a warm and caring home. Later, she worked for many years as a waitress at Maggie’s Town Tavern in Little Falls, where she was known for her friendly nature and ability to make people feel welcome. She also worked as an office clerk at Inter Marine in Little Falls, a company involved in industrial materials and logistics, where she was valued for her reliability and work ethic.

Lisa had a deep love for animals and found great joy in the companionship of her beloved dog, Sophie, and her two cats, Princess and Mufasa. She had a special fondness for Halloween, her favorite holiday, and delighted in celebrating it each year. She especially loved The Nightmare Before Christmas and cherished her annual pumpkin carving parties, which brought family and friends together in laughter and tradition.

Above all, Lisa’s greatest joy in life was her family, especially her cherished granddaughter, Aria, who brought her endless pride and happiness.

She is survived by her loving children, Joanna Marie Rattino and her partner, Alan Rogozin, and Travis Mosier and his wife, Tricia and their daughters Haliey and Cloe; her beloved granddaughter, Aria; and her siblings, Donald Rattino and Dorothy Rattino.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Temple Sholom, 1925 Lake Avenue, Scotch Plains, New Jersey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lisa’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
