Susan Lynn Kunzman

Susan Lynn Kunzman, 82, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Susan was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Lafayette High School. She lived in Bensonhurst before moving to Howard Beach, Queens, and later made her home in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In 1976, Susan settled in Warren, where she would live for more than four decades. In later years, she resided in New Providence and most recently in Whippany, New Jersey.

Susan enjoyed a long and successful career in real estate as a Realtor with Weichert Realtors, where she worked from 1979 until her retirement in 2017. For nearly four decades, she built a career centered around helping people and families find a place to call home.

Susan was a longtime member of Temple Har Shalom in Warren.

Outside of her career, Susan found happiness in the people and simple pleasures that filled her life. She enjoyed playing tennis, taking walks, spending time with dogs, shopping, and keeping up with the latest fashions in her favorite magazines. Above all, she cherished her children and grandchildren. Susan will also be remembered for something wonderfully simple and unmistakably her own: her smile.

Susan was predeceased by her beloved husband, David Lee Kunzman, in 1998, and by her parents, Henry and Fay Wein.

She is survived by her loving children, Brian Feuer and his wife, Regina Abramowitz; Cindra Feuer; and Holly Kunzman Lippittand her husband, Andrew Lippitt. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Tamara Feuer, Noah Feuer, Danielle Lippitt, and Hannah Lippitt.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung, NJ 07069. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
