Yeyson Andres Sam Garcia, de 28 años y residente de Plainfield, Nueva Jersey, falleció el sábado 29 de agosto de 2026, dejando un profundo vacío en el corazón de su madre, hermanos y amigos y de todas las personas que tuvieron la dicha de conocerlo.

Yeyson nació el 28 de junio de 1998 en la Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala. Allí pasó sus primeros años de vida y creció rodeado del amor de su madre y hermanos, antes de llegar a Nueva Jersey en 2015, donde comenzó una nueva etapa de su vida. Se graduó de North Plainfield High School y continuó sus estudios en Raritan Valley Community College. Con dedicación y grandes sueños, Yeyson se encontraba estudiando para convertirse en Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), una profesión que eligió guiado por su deseo genuino de cuidar, acompañar y ayudar a los demás.

Su vocación de servicio también estuvo presente en su vida laboral. Trabajó como asistente médico y técnico de flebotomía en Inman Medical Associates, en Plainfield, donde tuvo la oportunidad de poner al servicio de otros su paciencia, dedicación y corazón. Anteriormente, se desempeñó como encargado de Dunkin’ Donuts y trabajó en Limani Seafood Grill, en Westfield. En cada lugar donde trabajó dejó algo de sí mismo: una sonrisa, una palabra amable, una mano dispuesta a ayudar y el recuerdo de una persona que trataba a los demás con respeto y cariño.

Yeyson fue un joven de corazón noble, alegre y generoso. Tenía una manera especial de llevar calidez a los lugares donde estaba y de hacer sentir a las personas acompañadas. Disfrutaba reír, compartir momentos con quienes amaba y crear recuerdos que hoy se convierten en tesoros para su familia.

Hombre de fe cristiana, encontraba paz en la naturaleza y en la tranquilidad de aquellos lugares donde podía sentirse libre. Disfrutaba caminar por senderos, recorrer el bosque y pasar días junto al mar. También encontraba una forma de expresar lo que llevaba dentro a través de la pintura y la fotografía, capturando momentos y paisajes que llamaban su atención. Amaba la música, la natación y las pequeñas cosas que hacían especial la vida.

También disfrutaba viajar, especialmente en tren. Le encantaba ir a Nueva York, una ciudad que amaba profundamente y donde disfrutaba caminar, conocer lugares y vivir nuevas experiencias. Esos viajes en tren hacia Nueva York eran parte de aquellos momentos que tanto disfrutaba y que le permitían sentirse libre, descubrir y disfrutar de la vida.

Pero, sobre todas sus pasiones, estaba el amor por su madre y hermanos y Para quienes compartieron su vida con él, Yeyson no era solamente un hijo, un hermano o un amigo: era una presencia que hacía la vida más alegre. Su partida deja un silencio difícil de explicar y un vacío que ninguna palabra puede llenar. Quedan sus recuerdos, sus fotografías, sus risas, sus ocurrencias, sus abrazos y cada uno de los momentos que compartió con las personas que amaba.

Yeyson tenía sueños, planes y un futuro que apenas comenzaba a construir, un joven que quería salir adelante y que encontraba satisfacción en poder cuidar y ayudar a otros el esfuerzo y el amor que puso en el camino forman parte del legado que deja.

Su vida fue demasiado corta, pero estuvo llena de momentos que permanecerán para siempre. Yeyson dejó huellas en muchas vidas, y esas huellas no desaparecerán con su partida. Vivirá en el corazón de su madre, en el amor de sus hermanos, en las memorias de sus familiares y amigos, y en cada persona que alguna vez recibió de él una sonrisa, una palabra de cariño o un gesto de bondad.

Yeyson será recordado con amor por su madre, Raquel Garcia Gonzalez; su hermana, Isabel Beatriz Sam Garcia; y sus hermanos, Brandon Daniel Sam Garcia y Marvin Estuardo Sam Garcia. Su ausencia será profundamente sentida por toda su familia, sus amigos, compañeros de trabajo, compañeros de estudio y por todos aquellos cuyas vidas fueron tocadas por su presencia.

Yeyson Andres Sam Garcia, 28 years old and a resident of Plainfield, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026, leaving a profound emptiness in the hearts of his mother, siblings, and friends, and of all the people who had the joy of knowing him.

Yeyson was born on June 28, 1998, in Guatemala City, Guatemala. There, he spent the first years of his life and grew up surrounded by the love of his mother and siblings before arriving in New Jersey in 2015, where he began a new stage of his life. He graduated from North Plainfield High School and continued his studies at Raritan Valley Community College. With dedication and great dreams, Yeyson was studying to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), a profession he chose guided by his genuine desire to care for, accompany, and help others.

His vocation for serving others was also present in his working life. He worked as a medical assistant and phlebotomy technician at Inman Medical Associates in Plainfield, where he had the opportunity to put his patience, dedication, and heart at the service of others. Previously, he worked as a manager at Dunkin’ Donuts and worked at Limani Seafood Grill in Westfield. In every place where he worked, he left something of himself: a smile, a kind word, a hand willing to help, and the memory of a person who treated others with respect and affection.

Yeyson was a young man with a noble, joyful, and generous heart. He had a special way of bringing warmth to the places where he was and of making people feel accompanied. He enjoyed laughing, sharing moments with those he loved, and creating memories that today have become treasures for his family.

A man of Christian faith, he found peace in nature and in the tranquility of those places where he could feel free. He enjoyed walking along trails, going through the woods, and spending days by the sea. He also found a way to express what he carried within himself through painting and photography, capturing moments and landscapes that caught his attention. He loved music, swimming, and the little things that made life special.

He also enjoyed traveling, especially by train. He loved going to New York, a city he deeply loved and where he enjoyed walking, discovering places, and living new experiences. Those train trips to New York were part of the moments he enjoyed so much and that allowed him to feel free, discover, and enjoy life.

But above all his passions was his love for his mother and siblings. For those who shared their lives with him, Yeyson was not only a son, a brother, or a friend: he was a presence that made life more joyful. His passing leaves a silence that is difficult to explain and an emptiness that no words can fill. What remain are his memories, his photographs, his laughter, his playful moments, his hugs, and each of the moments he shared with the people he loved.

Yeyson had dreams, plans, and a future that he was only beginning to build, a young man who wanted to move forward in life and who found satisfaction in being able to care for and help others. The effort and love he put into his journey are part of the legacy he leaves behind.

His life was too short, but it was filled with moments that will remain forever. Yeyson left his mark on many lives, and those marks will not disappear with his passing.
