Obituary of Dulari S. Finch

Dulari S. Finch, age 85, died on Monday, October 19th, 2009, at her home in Warren. Born in Nikkum, India, she moved to the United States in 1951, earning her MA from Syracuse University, while at Syracuse she met her future husband and they were married in 1954. She then returned to India with her husband for several years, before returning once again to the United States in 1965 with her family. She had resided in Grand Forks, ND until 1969. She then resided in Rahway until 1983 and has since lived in Warren. A member of Union Village United Methodist Church in Berkeley Heights. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Predeceased by her husband Dr. Eugene B. Finch in 2005. Surviving is her daughter Deepika T. Finch; her sons David E. Finch and his wife Vlada; Sudhir Eugene Finch; daughter Sarojini Ruth Finch; grandchildren Jonathan, Andrew, Elizabeth and Hannah. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 24th at 10:00 a.m. at Union Village United Methodist Church, Berkeley Heights. Visitation is on Friday from 7-9 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Interment is at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge.
