Obituary of Jody Leigh LaVigne

Jody Leigh LaVigne, age 55, died on Monday, January 3, 2011 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Jody was born and raised in Plainfield and attended St. Mary's School and Plainfield High School. She then went on to graduate from Douglas College. She worked for Mantis Pest Control in North Plainfield for six years. Jody loved animals, especially her beloved dog, CoCo. Surviving are her loving daughter, Cheri L. Jeter of North Plainfield; her brothers Eugene and Todd LaVigne, and many friends and family. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Higgins Home For Funerals, 209 West Eighth Street, Plainfield, NJ 07060. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 7-9 p.m.
