Obituary of Zina J. Dumont

Zina J. Dumont, age 91, died on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and had lived in Warren for many years before moving to Bridgewater. Mrs. Dumont received her nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1941. She served in the United States Army during World War II as a nurse. She is predeceased by her husband, Morris J. Dumont, Jr. in 1984 and her son, John B. Dumont. Surviving are her son, Morris J. Dumont, III and her brother, George Josephson. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. Arrangements are under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals.
