Obituary of Marion F. Donovan

Marion F. Donovan, 87, died on Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at Berkeley Heights Convalescent Center. Born and raised in Bayonne, she resided in Watchung since 1947. Prior to retiring in 1985, Mrs. Donovan was employed by the Board of Education in Watchung since 1943 as a school teacher and librarian at the Valley View School and Bayberry School. She was a member of the Women's Guild at Wilson Memorial Union Church in Watchung and was active in the Watchung Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Jacob Donovan in 1960 and her infant son, Robert Donovan in 1952. Surviving are her daughter, Kathleen Donovan and her husband Raymond Daly of Watchung. Funeral Services were held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Greater Plainfield Habitat for Humanity, Inc., 2 Randolph Rd., Plainfield, NJ 07069, would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are under the direction of the Higgins Home for Funerals, Watchung.
