Obituary of Marie B. Schaefer

Marie B. Schaefer North Plainfield: Marie B. Schmidt Schaefer, age 91, died on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at her home. Born in Newark to the late John and Rosie Schmidt, Mrs. Schaefer has been a resident of North Plainfield since 1926. She was a member of the First German Reformed Church in North Plainfield and also a member of Saenger Halle German Club also in North Plainfield. She is predeceased by her husband, Frederick Schaefer in 1994. Mrs. Schaefer is survived by her two brothers, Erwin Schoenbrunn and his wife Dorothy of Ridgefield, CT and Alfred Schoenbrunn and his wife Lydia of West Simsburg, CT. She is also survived by her extended family, Robert Hall, Steven and Margaret Hall, Janice and Mark Biegert, Branden and Matthew Biegert and Lauren Hall. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 5th at Higgins Home for Funerals, 461 Somerset Street, North Plainfield. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening 7-9 p.m. Please call funeral home for service time on Wednesday.
