Obituary of Dorothy M. MacDonald

Dorothy M. Dunbar MacDonald, age 89, died on Saturday, January 1, 2005 at her home. Born in Plainfield and lived in North Plainfield for the past 51 years. Mrs. MacDonald is predeceased by her husband, Arthur MacDonald in 1959. She is survived by her sister, Loretta McDonald of North Plainfield; three nieces, Holly Dunbar of North Plainfield, Debra Reilly of Stirling, Cynthia McCarter of Manahawkin; two nephews, Richard A. Dunbar of Dunellen and Donald McDonald of Basking Ridge. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 5th at 9 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 461 Somerset Street, North Plainfield. Visitation will be on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
