Obituary of Muriel Roslyn Littman
Muriel Roslyn Littman, died Monday, January 3, 2005 at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Plainfield, she was a lifelong resident.
Prior to retiring, Mrs. Littman was employed by the Board of Education in Plainfield as an elementary school resource room teacher. Previously, she was employed as a teacher by the Board of Education in South Plainfield.
Mrs. Littman received a BS degree in Education from Newark State College. She was active in Hadassah and the Plainfield Hebrew Institute. She had been a member of the Congregation Children of Israel in Plainfield.
Her husband, Alexander predeceased her in 1980.
Surviving are a sister, Beatrice Block of Plainfield; a son David B. Littman and his wife Deborah of Scotch Plains and a granddaughter, Alexandra Littman of Scotch Plains.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West Eighth Street, Plainfield followed by interment at Hebrew Cemetery in South Plainfield.
