Obituary of Antoinette Puglisi

Antoinette Jairdullo Puglisi, age 93, died on Monday, April 4, 2005 at her home in Fanwood. She was born in New York City and had lived in Plainfield before moving to Fanwood over 35 years ago. She was a secretary for the Puglisi Agency in Scotch Plains for many years. Mrs. Puglisi was a communicant of St. Bernards Church in Plainfield and a member of its Altar Rosary Society. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph J. Puglisi, Sr. in 1993 and her daughter Grace Venezia in 2002. Surviving are her son, Joseph J. Puglisi, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Watchung and his grandchildren, Dina Puglisi, Paul Puglisi and his wife Belinda, James Venezia and Vincent Venezia. Also surviving are four great-grandchildren. Private funeral services were under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Bernards Church, 368 Sumner Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07060.
