Obituary of John Andrusky

John Jay Andrusky, Jr., age 66, died on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at his home. Born and raised in Scotch Plains, he moved to North Plainfield 34 years ago. Mr. Andrusky owned his own contracting business for 36 years in North Plainfield, John Andrusky Contractors. He is survived by his wife, Jane H. Fitz-Randolph Andrusky of North Plainfield; his three daughters, Carey Miller and her husband James of Blue Creek, OH; Jan Andrusky of Manhattan, NY and Jill Robbins and her husband Doug of West Point, NY. Three grandchildren, Jessica Miller, Tristan and Hannah Robbins. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Visitation will be Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 121 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005, American Heart Association, Memorial Program, 2550 US Hwy 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902 and the American Cancer Society, Somerset Unit, 600 First Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869.
