Obituary of E. Margaret Viviano

Type Obit Here E. Margaret Viviano passed away Saturday (Aug. 6, 2005) at home. Born in Manhattan, N.Y., in 1927, daughter of the late Erna and Robert Peteren, she resided in Plainfield for many years before moving to Warren Township in 1980. Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband of 46 years, A. John, in 1995. Margaret and her husband, A. John, owned and operated Northern Driving School for 50 years, one of the first driving schools in the state. Surviving are two sons, Col. USMC John R. and his wife, Elizabeth, of Zephyrhills, Fla., and James C. of Toluca Lake, Calif.; and seven daughters, Jeanne M. Conkel and her husband, the Honorable Terrence of Glencoe, Minn., Capt. June M. Viviano of Collierville, Tenn., Janel A. Carbone and husband, Gerard III, of Alexandria Township, Jane M. Viviano-Cameron of Warren, Jaculin R. Roggio and husband, Richard, of Boothwyn, Pa., Joyce P. Viviano of Flemington and Jennifer E. Baldasarre and husband, Paul, of South Plainfield; and 20 loving grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 9:15 a.m. Thursday at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Mount Church, 167 Mount Bethel Road, Warren. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family requests donations, in lieu of flowers, be made in Margaret's memory to The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 1332 N. Halasted St., Suite 201, Chicago, IL 60622.
