Obituary of Kathaleen S. Carbone

Kathaleen "Kay" S. Carbone (nee Nicholas),passed away on August 8, 2005 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was a longtime resident of Delmore Avenue in Berkeley Heights. Kay was a loving wife, mother and homemaker who was admired and respected for her kindness by everybody who knew her. Anyone who had the privilege to be in her life was touched by an angel. Kay was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, William E. Carbone in 1997. She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen McNally and her husband Richard of Montreal, Canada and Mary Carbone of Manville; three sons, William Carbone of Chatham, Thomas Carbone of Piscataway and Robert Carbone of Hillsborough and her step-father, George F. Dukes of Tampa, FL. She will be sadly missed by her three granddaughters, Natalie and Noelle of NYC and Julia McNally of Montreal and one grandson, Matthew Carbone and his wife Karyn of Deray, FL; as well as many nieces, nephews and special friend, Jodye Jennrich. The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. S. Potluri and the staff at Somerset Medical Center for their kindness. Visitation will take place from 4-6:30 pm on Thursday, August 11th followed by a funeral service at 6:30 pm.
