Obituary of Mary V. Baldwin

Mary V. Baldwin, age 75, died on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at The Woodlands Health Center in Plainfield. She was born in Summit and had lived in North Plainfield for over 30 years before moving to Whiting, NJ. Mrs. Baldwin was a 1948 graduate of Summit High School. She was a payroll supervisor for CVI Inc. in Plainfield before her retirement in 1993. She was a past member of Watchung Ave. Presbyterian Church and she enjoyed crocheting, reading and watching Jeopardy. Mrs. Baldwin is predeceased by her ex-husband, Gilbert N. Baldwin in 2002 and her sister, Loretta Hartmann in 2002. Surviving are her daughters, Gail L. Scoda and her husband Raymond of Piscataway, Doris M. Bianchi and her husband Robert of South Plainfield, Lorrie R. Baldwin of Piscataway, Jill Lubrano and her husband Joseph of Piscataway, Mary A. Lyons of Alpha and Bonnie Palazzo and her husband Joseph of South Plainfield. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Rebecca and Adam Bianchi, Laura, Katie and Emily Scoda, Kristina and Joseph Palazzo, Billy Lyons and Melissa Lubrano. Services will be held on Monday, December 12th at 9:00 am at Higgins Home for Funerals, 461 Somerset Street, North Plainfield followed by a 10:00 am funeral service at the Watchung Ave. Presbyterian Church. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
