Obituary of James T. Bock

James T. Bock, age 69 died Friday, December 30, 2005 at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield. He was born in Queens, NY, was raised in Plainfield and had lived in Warren for the past 40 years. Mr. Bock served in the US Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, he was an Assistant Manager for Shop-Rite in Washington, NJ. Mr. Bock was an usher at Our Lady of the Mount Church and a volunteer firefighter for Community Fire House in Warren. He was a sports fan who was a member of the Senior Golf League at Green Knoll Course in Bridgewater. Surviving are his wife, Carol A. Adams Bock; his sons, Timothy Bock and his wife, Claudineia , James P. Bock and his wife Natali; his daughters, Donna Hameier and her husband David, Marianne Hoff and her husband Eric. Also surviving are his 5 grandchildren, David, Brandon, Rafael, Eric and Timothy, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at 9:15 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Church in Warren. Entombment will be at St. Marys Stony Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, January 2nd from 2-4 and 7-9.
