Obituary of JoAnn Hendricks

Mrs. JoAnn Hendricks, age 56, died on Thursday, May 25, 2006 at St. Peters Medical Center in New Brunswick. She was born in Plainfield, lived in Spotswood for 25 years before residing in Otego, NY 4 years ago. She worked as an Office Manager for H & M Mechanical, Inc. in Monroe Township for 17 years retiring in 2002. She was devoted to her family and friends. Mrs. Hendricks is predeceased by her father, Fredrick H. Bennett in 1974 and her brother, Frederick L. Bennett in 1988. She is survived by her husband, Robert D. Hendricks of Otego, NY; two sons Brian D. Hendricks of Monroe Township; Brandon J. Hendricks of Otego, NY; her mother, Jean (George) Bennett of Plainfield; one brother, Robert A. Bennett and his wife Diane of Old Bridge; two sisters Linda J. Hendricks and her husband Roger S. of Plainfield; Deborah J. Marciniak and her husband David of Edison; three grandchildren, Kayla J., Dean A. and Aidan J. Hendricks. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 30th at 12 noon in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield with Rev. Robert Martin officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the funeral home.
