Obituary of Alma Crawley
Alma Tiny Crawley Loving Sister Franklin Park: Alma O. Crawley, 70 died on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at her home in Franklin Park. She was born in Plainfield and had lived there until moving to Franklin Park 13 years ago. Prior to her retirement in 1998, Miss Crawley was a Cottage Training Technician for Green Brook Manor Regional Center. She was a member of Faith Fellowship Ministries in Sayreville and had worked in their tape ministry. She greatly loved and supported the International Pastors and Ministers Conference. She enjoyed roller skating and was very good at it. Predeceased by her sister, Inez Page in 1999. Surviving are her brothers, Clifford of Franklin Park, Larry of Elizabeth, Howard of Hope Mills, NC, Carlton of Lake Waccamaw, NC, Gerald of Williamsport, MD, Leslie of Franklin Park and Reginald of Hagerstown, MD; her sisters, Gloria White of Laurelton, LI, Margaret Pettiford, Joann Crawley, Brenda Crawley all of Franklin Park and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 16, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rose of Sharon Church in Plainfield followed by interment at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick. Visitation will be on Sunday from 7-9 at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield and on Monday from 10 11 a.m. at the church.
