He went on to graduate from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, with a B.A. in Psychology. After graduation he lived and worked as a teacher, school administrator, and camp director in Maine, Connecticut, Germany and Denmark, before returning to New Jersey to start a second career in computers. He worked for 15 years for Computer Associates, Inc., and its predecessors in Belle Meade, before finishing his career with Continental Airlines, Inc. in Newark. A lifelong and ardent New Jersey Devils fan, Tom also loved lakes, traveling to Europe, vacationing in Maine with his family, and attending and listening to the broadcasts of the Metropolitan Opera Company in New York City. He is survived by his sister, Deborah Louise Wyatt, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, his sons Jason and Jordan Wyatt of Far Hills, New Jersey, and various nieces and nephews. A private family service is planned.
