Obituary of Lauretta Doyle

Warren: Mrs. Lauretta Vilardi Doyle, age 88, died on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Lauretta was born in Plainville, CT and had resided in Southington, CT before moving to Warren, NJ in 1970. Prior to retiring in 2000, Lauretta had worked in various positions in The Center School in Highland Park for 19 years. Lauretta loved to read. In the past, she had volunteered her time at the Warren Library and in the Warren schools. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph in 1981. She is survived by her son, Peter Doyle and his wife Elaine; and her daughter, Mary Grace Federico, all of Warren; her sister, Hilda Bailey of CT and two grandchildren, Angela Federico and Patrick Doyle of Warren and extended family. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, November 18th at 10:15 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mount R.C. Church in Warren. Interment is private. Arrangements are under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 669 Littleton Road, Parsippany, NJ 070054-4834.
