Obituary of Maryanne Graham

Frenchtown: Maryanne Graham, age 98, died on Friday, February 22, 2013 at her daughter's home in Frenchtown. She was born and raised in Travis, Staten Island and had lived in Bridgewater for 33 years before moving to Frenchtown. Prior to her retirement in 1977, Mrs. Graham worked in the telephone department of the NYC Transit Authority for 41 years. She loved Bingo trips to Atlantic City and taking walks. She was a great baker and cook and she loved her family dearly. Mrs. Graham enjoyed traveling with her family. Mrs. Graham is predeceased by her husband, John W. Graham in 1979. Surviving are her daughter, Bernadette Parlato and her husband, Anthony ("Skip"); her grandchildren, Joseph Parlato and his wife, Brenda and Susan Parlato and her great grandchildren, Danton and Samantha. Funeral services will begin on Monday, February 25th at 8:30 am at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. Cremation to follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge. Visitation is on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
