Plainfield Jerry Len Agurs, age 58 died on Wednesday January 10th at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield. He was born in Plainfield, was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church, and graduated from Plainfield High School in 1967. He had been a self-employed delivery driver retiring 20 years ago. Surviving are a son Lenny Agurs of Roselle, a brother Robert Agurs of Bear, Delaware, and two sisters Geraldine Geri Agurs of Plainfield and Janie Mae Agurs of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Funeral services will be held on Monday January 15th at 10:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield. Interment services will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Plainfield. Friends may visit Monday 9:00 10:00 a.m. prior to services.
