Obituary of Martha Dolbier

Mrs. Martha (Joffe) Dolbier, age 83, died on Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Mrs. Dolbier was born and raised in Linden to the late C. Edward Joffe and Helen Kanzler. She had also lived in Union before residing in Mountainside. Mrs. Dolbier was the former president of the Colonia Country Club (Womens Division). She enjoyed cooking, knitting, golf and boating. But her life was her grandchildren. Mrs. Dolbier is predeceased by her 3 great-grandchildren, Jacky, Sidney and Ashley. She is survived by her husband, Charles A. Dolbier; her three daughters, Donna Karl, Debra Krienke, Doreen Crincoli and her son, Carey Dolbier; eleven grandchildren, Kristen, Kourtney, and Kevin Karl; Jacky and Jenell Crincoli; Keri, Lauren, James, and Jeffrey Dolbier; Robbie and Dustin Krienke; also 3 great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Michael Crincoli and Ava Prisco. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 15th at 10:00 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Cremation will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the funeral home.
