OBITUARY Ashraf Rahman Mother Khan Venice, Florida: Mother (Ashraf) Khan died on Thursday, April 19, 2007 in Venice, Florida. Wife of Jalil-ur-Rahman (Father Khan) and Beloved Mother of Dr. Jaffer Khan, Dr. Tariq Khan, Dr. Noroze Khan and Tarrunumn Murad. Born in Lahore, Pakistan on October 21, 1922 she is also survived by son-in-law, Dr. M. Pardya and daughters-in-law Dr. Azima Khan and Angela Khan, RN of Venice, Florida and 7 grandchildren (Rehan Murad, Esq. and Dr. Faika J. Khan). Mrs. Rahman had a Bachelors of Arts and a Bachelors of Teaching and was the Principal of St. Marys School before coming to the U.S.A. 31 years ago. She was the Office Administrator for 25 years in Jersey City for the Gastroenterology Medical Associates practice of Drs. Jaffer and T.J. Khan. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 28th at 10 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Visitation will be on Friday from 3-9 p.m. in the funeral home.
