Obituary of Geraldine Ann Gilfedder

Bedminster: Geraldine Ann (Quinn) Gilfedder, 74, died Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown. Born in Manhattan, she resided in Morris Township before moving to Bedminster 14 years ago. A homemaker, Mrs. Gilfedder had served on the Board of Timberbrooke Condominium Association in Bedminster. She attended Mass at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church in Martinsville and was involved with their Circle of Friends group. Her husband Joseph D. Gilfedder predeceased her in 1990. Surviving are five sons, Joseph T. and his wife Elizabeth of Berkeley Heights, Brenden and his wife Gail of Middle Village, NY, Martin of Toms River, Michael and his wife Olga of Morristown and Stephen and his wife Wendy of Cornish, ME; a brother, James Quinn of San Antonio, TX; three sisters, Dorothy Bearer of Fairport, NY, Patricia Clarke of Toms River and Eileen Baxter of Woodhaven, NY and seven grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 3 at a time to be announced from the Higgins Home for Funerals, (www.higginsfuneralhome.com), 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a Mass of Resurrection at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, Martinsville and interment at Holy Rood Cemetery, Morristown. Visitation Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
