Obituary of Janice F. McKee

Mrs. Janice Fox McKee, age 84, died on Monday, May 14, 2007 at the Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield. Mrs. McKee was a life-long resident of North Plainfield. She was a former member of the North Plainfield Women's Club and the North Plainfield PTA. She loved spending time with her life-long friends and taking care of her family and grandchildren. Mrs. McKee is predeceased by her brother, John C. Fox, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Thomas R. McKee, Sr.; her two sons, Thomas R. McKee, Jr. and his wife Heidi of Lebanon Township and Steven W. McKee and his wife Marilyn of Southbury, CT; four grandchildren, Colin R., Ian B., Megan K. and Danny S. McKee; a niece, Lee Fox Casey and a nephew, John C. Fox III. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 18th at 10 a.m. in Hillside Cemetery, Woodland Avenue, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 16th and Thursday, May 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Muhlenberg Hospice Fund and/or to the Muhlenberg Women's Auxiliary c/o Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, Park Avenue & Randolph Road, Plainfield, NJ 07061.
