Obituary of Frank Bonanno

Warren: Mr. Frank Bonanno, 81, died Saturday, July 7, 2007 at his home. Born in Buffalo, he resided in Irvington before moving to Warren in 1965. Mr. Bonanno was past co-owner of Toys 4 All, which at one time had five locations throughout New Jersey. Currently, he was the president of Piscataway Auto Body Shop which he established in 1978. Frank served in the US Navy during WWII, earning thirteen Battle Stars. He loved taking trips to Atlantic City. His wife, Theresa L. (Capasso) Bonanno predeceased him in 1997. His three brothers, Charles, Vincent and Anthony Bonanno also died. Surviving are his son, Vincent Bonanno and his wife Lois of Port Reading; two daughters, Marie Nigro and her husband Alfonse of Clinton Twp and Diane Bonanno and her companion Greg Ezekian of Warren; two sisters, Josephine Hnat of Dunellen and Marie Powell of East Brunswick; six grandchildren, Tisa, Dominick, Jennifer, Jonathan, Caryn and Michael and a great granddaughter, Skylar Rae. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 10 am at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, followed by entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery in Union. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
