Obituary of Vivian H. McAusland

Springfield: Ms. Vivian H. McAusland of Springfield died Friday in Overlook Hospital, Summit, after a long battle with cancer. She was 73. Ms. McAusland was born in Irvington and lived in Maplewood for many years before moving to Springfield in 1997. She was a graduate of Irvington High School and attended Susquehanna University. At the time of her death, Ms. McAusland was a manager for the advertising firm of Saatchi and Saatchi Worldwide in its legal department. She had worked for Saatchi and Saatchi and its predecessor firm, Compton Advertising, for more than 25 years. Surviving are her son John, his wife Tanya and her grandson, Andrew. Visitation will be at 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung, New Jersey 07069. A private memorial service will be held on Wednesday July 18, 2007.
