Walter was my best friend for years. We grew apart as life went on and I moved away, but we'd always catch up on the phone, talking a lot about the past. Lots and lots of great times and memories. Walt always wanted to make sure everyone was having a good time and was happy. He was a genuine good guy.
He's moved on now, and I'm sure he's getting everything ready for the rest of us whan it's time. The beer will be cold, the grill fired up, and Walt will be there, greeting all of us and just making sure we're comfortable and happy.
