Obituary of Michael Francis Sitek

Michael Francis Sitek, age 39, died on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at his home. Michael was born in Newark, New Jersey raised in Fanwood and attended Union Catholic High School. He worked as an electrician for 15 years and worked for G.J.S. Electric in Mattituck, NY. He was an Army veteran who enjoyed football and was an avid Giants fan. Michael is survived by his wife, Carol Ann (Cino) Sitek of Islip, NY; his parents Norman and Pamela (Morehouse) Sitek; older sister, Michele Lutz and Nicholas Paolella of Warren and younger sister Paddy Sellino and her husband Christopher of Flemington; niece and nephews, Joshua, Jason, Jacob, and Skylar Lutz and Christian Sellino; also his rescue dog, Abby. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 11:00 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 1st from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation is private.
