Obituary of Peter Grzymkowski
Peter Grzymkowski, age 52, died on Sunday, September 09, 2007 at his home in Warren.
Peter was born and raised in Poland and has been a Warren resident since 1964.
He is the founder of SP Krest, a fine woodworking and cabinet shop located in Bound Brook. Peter founded the company over 16 years ago and through his drive and brilliance, he made his company into a well-respected cabinet shop known for their exquisite quality and craftsmanship.
Peter captured the hearts of all who knew him. He was devoted to his goddaughter, shared his beliefs with his brother and sisters and showed his nieces and nephews how to live by following their hearts. He was a loyal friend and loving partner and through his free spirit and deep caring enriched our lives.
He loved these mountains, by moving here long before it was popular and has settled many loved ones here. Peter kept a legacy we all aspired to.
Peter is predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Sabina Osmanska Grzymkowski.
He is survived by his loving partner, Mary Evans; his brother, Richard Grzymkowski; his sister, Teresa Ducas and her husband Joseph; and his goddaughter, Ashley Znak.
The visitation will be on Friday, September 14th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. A Mass of Resurrection will be on Saturday, September 15th, at 9 a.m. in St. Mary Stony Hill R.C. Church, 225 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Everyone is welcome to meet at 12 noon on Saturday for the interment at Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine/Cemetery, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA. (Please meet at the Visitor Center Building located next to the cemetery office).
