Obituary of Franklin Kroon

Franklin Kroon, age 60, died on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at his home. He was born in Rotterdam, Holland and came to the United States at age 27. He had resided in Bridgewater for the past 13 years. Mr. Kroon was the president of Kroon Shipping which he started 19 years ago in Warren. He enjoyed his family, travel and sailing. He will be missed by all. Mr. Kroon is survived by his wife, Charmaine van der Weijde Kroon; his sons, Shaun and Marc, his mother, Jacoba Sara Konings and his brother Cornelius. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 19th at 10:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung.
