Obituary of Neva B. Filipovicz

Neva B. (Hall) Filipovicz, age 88, died on Friday, November 16, 2007 at Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater. She was born in Easton, PA and had spent most of her life in Manville. Mrs. Filipovicz was a homemaker. She enjoyed shopping, was an avid reader but she most enjoyed spending time with all of her grand and great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, John Filipovicz in 1986; her brothers, Harry and Walter Hall and a sister, Ellen Ritter. Surviving are her son, John P. Filipovicz and his wife, Betsy of NC; her daughter, June Carrar and her husband, Emile of Watchung; her grandchildren, Corinne Stavrakis, Emile F. Carrar, Neva Jean Heinzler, Amelia Golden and John Filipovicz; 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral services were private and under the direction of Higgins Home for Funeral, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung.
