Obituary of Eleanor C. McGarry

Cambridge, MN: Eleanor C. McGarry, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at her home in Cambridge, MN. She was born in Plainfield, and lived in Scotch Plains, and finally in Minnesota near son and daughter-in-law.. Mrs. McGarry was a wonderful homemaker who was very dedicated to her family expressing love in everything she did. She was a past member of St. Bartholomew the Apostle RC Church in Scotch Plains. Mrs. McGarry is survived by her husband, Joseph McGarry; her son, Greg McGarry and his wife, Nancy of Oak Grove, MN; her three grandchildren Melissa, Michael and Ryan; her sisters Loretta Lydick and Marie McDill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 15th at 8:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th St., Plainfield followed by a 9:30 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Bartholomew the Apostle RC Church in Scotch Plains. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9.
