Dad, I will never forget what you said last New Year's Eve. You are an amazing father and friend. I miss you so much and want so badly to talk with you about so many things. But, I'm sure you know what they are, and I know you are listening and will talk to your dear friends for me. I love you Dad, and I hope you are resting and enjoying the happiness and peace you so deserve. You did suffer for Christ, it was something you said we all have to do, but your suffering was so Christ-like, as was your whole life. Sometimes I wonder how we can live without you, but we can because of the way we lived together. I remember everything that you said, I hope you can hear what's in my heart Dad. My forever father, friend, mentor, guide, confidant. Thank you for bringing us all to Jesus. Thank you for loving us so. I end this year and begin again with you always in my heart.
