Obituary of Anna L. La Rosa

Anna L. La Rosa, 89, daughter of the late Samuel and Marie Elizabeth Oliver, died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Raritan Bay Medical Center at Perth Amboy Division. Born in Dunellen, she resided in Newark and Scotch Plains before moving to Warren in 1966. Her husband Joseph A. La Rosa predeceased her in 2002. Surviving are four sons; Joseph F. La Rosa of Middletown, Frank R. La Rosa of Havertown, PA, Raymond A. La Rosa of Warren and Ronald G. La Rosa of Nutley, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 am from the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, followed by an 11 am Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount R. C. Church, Warren and burial at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in South Plainfield. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
