Obituary of Gertrude Brotman

Mrs. Gertrude (Blaustein) Brotman, age 92 , died on Wednesday February 13, 2008 at the Norwood Terrace Nursing Home in Plainfield. Born in New York City, Mrs. Brotman had resided in Plainfield from 1953 until moving to Scotch Plains over 20 years ago. Mrs. Brotman was an active member of the United Orthodox Synagogue in Plainfield. She is predeceased by her husband William Brotman in 2004. Mrs. Brotman is survived by her two sons Robert Brotman of Scotch Plains and Stephen Brotman of New York City. She is also survived by two granddaughters Jennie and Jill Brotman. Funeral Services will be held on at 11:00 am Friday at Higgins Home for Funerals 209 West 8th Plainfield NJ 07060 with Rabbi Moshe Samber officiating.
