Obituary of Harlene Nan Abramson

Harlene Nan Abramson, 65, died Sunday, April 20, 2008 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Daughter of the late Murray Brooks and Alice Ratner, she was born in Newark and lived in Irvington and Parsippany before moving to Rahway. A homemaker, Harlene enjoyed watching movies, traveling and socializing. Her partner Tom Ford predeceased her. Surviving are a brother, Arnold Brooks of Bernville, PA, two nieces, Carolyn Russo and Doreen Rasp and a nephew, Jeffrey Brooks. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at 11:30 am at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West Eighth Street, Plainfield followed by interment at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Iselin.
