Obituary of William Charles Seader
Warren: William Charles Seader, 83, died Friday, June 6, 2008 at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield.
Born in Plainfield, he was raised in North Plainfield and moved to Warren 56 years ago.
A carpenter all his life, Mr. Seader was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 155 of Plainfield before retiring in 1987.
Mr. Seader was a US Navy Veteran of WWII, serving as a Seabee in both the European and Pacific Theatres. He was a member of the Plainfield Methodist Church and the American Legion Post # 119 of Dunellen.
Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Eleanor (Gannon) Seader, four sons, William C. Seader, Jr., his wife Beverley of Carmel, NY; Robert James Seader, Mayor of Dunellen, his wife Karen of Dunellen; Daniel P. Seader, his wife Pat of Dunellen and John P. Seader of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; one daughter, Eileen Curry, her husband John of South Salem, NY and seven grandchildren, Bill III, Alicia, Nola, Robert Jr., Mallori, Kelly and Catherine.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by interment at Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Warren.
