Obituary of God C-uda Wheeler
Mr. God C-uda Wheeler, 32, died suddenly Sunday, July 6, 2008 at Overlook Hospital in Summit.
Born in Orange, he resided in East Orange and Orange before moving to Plainfield in 1989.
His early education began at Franklin Elementary School in East Orange and also the Nishuane and Mount Hebron public schools in Montclair. God C-uda went on to graduate from West Lake High School in Scotch Plains, formerly of Berkeley Heights.
After high school, God C-uda worked for the Acme supermarket in North Plainfield for three years. He was attending a five star adult medical center at the time of his demise.
God C-uda was a talented artist who also enjoyed listening to music, watching movies, watching and playing sports and also writing poetry. He had a playful personality to go along with a phenomenal memory.
Surviving are his parents, Juhne A. Wheeler and Stephen Shemo; two brothers, Alzahn and Cyncear Shemo; six sisters, Ila Dunham, his twin, Queen Earth Wheeler, Precious Gem and Ameela Wheeler and Asia and Reyvon Shemo; his maternal grandfather, William Wheeler, a cousin, Florence Chamberlain and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 12 at 12:00 noon at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West Eighth St., Plainfield with a Memorial Gathering from 11:00 am 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Central Jersey Chapter, 740 Broad Street, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702 would be deeply appreciated.
