Obituary of Deborah Faye Pavlik

Deborah F. Pavlik Loving Wife and Mother Plainfield: Deborah Faye (Hendershot) Pavlik, age 56, died on Friday, July 11, 2008 at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. Deborah was born in Phillisburg and raised in Washington, and has lived in Plainfield for the past 23 years. She worked for Lucent Technologies in Murray Hill as a Corporate Secretary for 20 years retiring in 2001. Deborah enjoyed scrap booking, horseback riding and photography. Deborah is predeceased by her parents, Walter A. Hendershot and Eva Louella De Hart; her sister, Dianne Pyatt and her niece, Angela Hendershot. She is survived by her husband, Earl G. Pavlik; her daughter, Danica; her sons, Austin, Brandon and Brian; her brother, Walter W. Hendershot and his wife Karleen; her sister, Luella A. Stewart and her husband Glenn; 8 nephews, Tony, Shawn, Brian, David, Chris, Kevin, Scott and Bradley; and 3 nieces, Crista, Jackie and Jess; also 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 10 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be on Monday, July 14th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to: Center for Hope Hospice, 1900 Raritan Road, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076.
