My sincerest condolences to the entire Weiler family in this hour of sadness. I had the pleasure of playing lacrosse for Rick as a 5th and 6th Former during the initial years of lacrosse at Pingry; he was instrumental in our winning the first Interstate Lacrosse League championship in 1959. He will be sorely missed by all alumni. Our sympathies to his family.
I have such fond memories of 12 years at Pingry with Coach Weiler. Being a swimmer was a special experience for me due to Coach Weiler's supportive approach. I am so glad I got to see Coach at his Hall of Fame induction this past spring. He will be missed!
