Mr. Frederick Stepherson, Jr., 37 of Rural Hall, NC passed away on Monday, October 20, 2008. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 28th from 10:00 am to 12 noon at Higgins Home for Funerals 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield followed by entombment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge.
