Obituary of Aline Julia Heuer

North Plainfield: Aline Julia Heuer, age 82, died on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at her home in North Plainfield. She was born in Irvington and had lived in Summit before moving to North Plainfield. She had received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Rutgers University, Newark in 1949. Miss Heuer was an accountant for Chubb Insurance in Warren for over 38 years. She was a member of the Quarter Century Club at Chubb, the Metropolitan Opera Guild and the Amadeus Society of the NJ Symphony Orchestra. She was an avid patron of the opera and loved to travel. Miss Heuer is predeceased by her brother-in-law, Walter Zengerle in 1997. Surviving are her sisters, Emma Marie Wynne and her husband, William of Short Hills; Ann Heuer of Oakland, CA and Edwina H. Zengerle of North Plainfield. She was a devoted aunt and second mother to 10 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 26th at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Holy Cross, 40 Mercer Ave., North Plainfield. Services were handled by Higgins Home for Funerals, Watchung, NJ.
